On 9 January, we organised an online information session on internal reporting. During the session, we highlighted the importance of maintaining accurate time records and documenting expenses to ensure accountability and transparency in the use of public funding. All beneficiaries will receive a standard template for internal reporting.

Internal reporting supports beneficiaries in becoming familiar with the reporting process and serves as an effective tool for monitoring activities, progress, and potential challenges. Regular monitoring of budget expenditure also enables the timely identification of over- or underspending.

🚨 The deadline for the second internal report is June 30.
